I have done Line and clusterd column chart, if bar exceed in the line then highlight red colour else gray colour.
how do i fix it.

you can do the conditional formatting based on a measure.
In the measure you can check:
Bar Color = IF( [Bar Measure] > [Line Measure], "Green", "Red" )
Then you can use that measure for the formatting:
