Bar chart with dynamic target line

Dear all,   is it possible to create a bar chart with dynamic target line ? the problem with the bullet charts in the market place is that they do not allow the posibility of inserting a X time ax...

For other users that will be having this same issue.

The solution is for you to turn off the "Show Secondary" under the Y axis

expand the Y axis, and scroll down

 

 

Then, turn off the "Show Secondary" . That's all
