Solution SageYou can make a bar chart/stacked chart, and use Partner ID column again in Legend property of the visual. Just play with these settings and perhaps you can achieve the desired output.
While this does color code by partner, it doesnt give me the visual format I'm looking for. The request is for it to be formatted as my initial picture above, just with partner color coded.
