Bar chart (changing the bar width depending on value)

Hi.   Is it possible to create a chart like attached picture.   Bars width is depending on cost in the example ?   Mikael

I could do this easely and thats good.

 

Is it possible to change the Y to show price / amount instead of procent  ?
