I'm wondering if I select filter 2020.04, can it show bar chart from 2020.01 to 2020.04?

You can use "before and after" in advance filter.

You could use default slicer and change its type as "before".

Thanks! But I also have 2019data... So I cannot simply use BEFORE. Also, I also want to show Year over Year value, so I cannot filter the data like that...
