Bar Chart labels are long - can I display them above the bars?

I have a bar chart with very long category labels. I would like to display the labels above the bars instead of on the Y axis.

Here is a screenshot where you can see the labels are cut off and I don't want to make my bar chart any larger.

There are various options ...

1) It is best practice to shorten BI descriptions  in your source data of Power Query so they fit on visuals.

2) You can increase the Y axis size or reduce font size (not recommedended)

3) My favorite trick is use a table visual with data bars instaed of a graph. It looks just like a stack bar chart graph but the description wraps ...

Your suggestion to use the table with data bars is quite creative. I'm going to try that! Thanks.
