-VIP- Create a table with those two values Work Hrs and Total Hrs and use as slicer

 

then create a measure

 

Switch(selectedvalue(Slicer[Value]) ,

"Work Hours" , Sum([Expected Hrs]) - Sum([Work Hrs]) ,

 

"TotalHours" , Sum([Expected Hrs]) - Sum([Total Hrs])

)
