Is there no way in power bi to make this clustered chart into an example I have below?

The violations are grouped under one deparment rather than showing them next to each department?

@StoryofData , Concatenate label off property has been supported on the horizontal bar.

 

Expand axis -> Sort on Axis -> Concatenate label off
