Bar Chart - Details Labels Formatting

Hello,

I would like to add extra data labels from Detail section on my bar chart to show % vs PY. Do you know how I can best format this into %? This has been applied in the measure, however my chart still shows values with Mio. format. I know I was able to adjust this some time before, but I no longer remember how. I hope it is an easy fix. Thanks for help!

Zeitraum Δ VJ % Label = FORMAT([Zeitraum Δ VJ %], "0.0%")
