Banded colour for Matrix only showing in one column

Hi, thanks for taking a look. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but I'm only getting the banded colour in a matrix table to show in one rightmost column. Is there any settings I'm missing? Thanks.

I've figured it out. I needed to move the columns to the Values instead of Rows.

Hi, I think the link is for visuals for charts etc whilst mine is just for a Matrix, so I don't think conditional formatting applies?

I should have mentioned that I turned off stepped layout.
