Backgroud formatting top level hierarchy
Hello everyone
I have a matrix where I would like the background of the entire row to be changed to slightly gray. But only the marked lines.
However, I need your help with this because unfortunately I don't know how to do it.

Conditional Formatting is not available for row or column headers.
