I have a report that has been uploaded to the service for a while. I haven't touched it in weeks. All of a sudden, when I looked at it, it was completely butchered in the service. The layout is completely off and unusable. I deleted it and reuploaded it after refreshing the desktop version, but no matter what workspace I pick, it renders this way now. Clearing cache has made no difference. The desktop file itself is fine.

I can't use it this way, and we were just going to go live w/ it. It's a simple report that really only has that one page, and no changes were made that I am aware of. Any ideas what is happening and how it can be fixed? All of these visuals are of the "new card" kind.

MS Support said it was a known issue with the new card visual, and to remove all shadows etc. until they have it fixed. I told them that was not an option. 🙂 Anyway, I reuploaded and it looked like it should again. SMH

If you download the report does it look like it should or messed up like in the service?
Can you not just re-publish the report?
Thank you for responding! When I download the PBIX file, the report looks fine in desktop. I have deleted it in the service and republished it twice. Same outcome.
Ah, I've seen this before. It's the universe telling you to start the weekend early. 😀
Seriously though, this is odd. I am grasping here, but I think I have seen this. Can you humor me and try to increase the width and height of a card and then publish again.
I should note, too, that I am using that visual with the same effects - border, slight shadow - in other reports, and they are fine.
