BUG: Matrix row grand total not working as expected

I have a matrix visual where the two value columns are both measures. The measure in the right-most column returns a sum, the other a count. I would expect there to be row grand totals in the right most column in every row, but there're not there, with one or two exceptions (see screenshots). At first I thought that it's because the other rows have counts of > 1, but as you can see in the screenshots, that doesn't matter. Can this be fixed, or should I open a ticket? Row totals and subtotals are turned on.
