i have prepared below questionnaire to identify factors (example performance, data volume etc) which needs to be considered while doing comparison of BI Tools available in the market, are there questions fine or i am missing anything?

• Kindly share the key business objectives you are looking to achieve uisng the new BI Platform or To be BI Platform
• What are the current challenges you are facing with existing BI Platform ?
• What is the budget you are looking for new BI Platform?
• Approximately how many users would be using new BI Platform , how many of them want to create reports on their own, how many report developers and how many viewers
• Approximately how many users are expected to access the reports or dashboards at the same time during peak hours?
• Are you currently using any Cloud Platform such as AWS, Azure or GCP?
• Are you specifically looking for SaS or Cloud BI Platform , or an On-Premises BI Platform?
• The new BI Platform would connect to which database or data warehouse for reporting?. Example Snowflake, Data bricks etc
• What is the current size of the data (GB/TB) that will be used for reporting, and how much is it expected to grow monthly or annually?
• What are the typical security requirements such as row or column level security (data visiability on reports based on user preference)?
• In which format users would require report extracts , example excel, csv or pdf?
• What are the typical security requirements to expect from BI Tool
• Do we need reports which can ready for print with data displayed in tables or sections and split across multiple pages, example contracts or bank statements?

• What is the expected data latency for real-time or near real-time reporting, e.g., less than 5 minutes, 5–10 minutes etc. in order to display data on dashboards?
• Do you to anticipate to use advance charts such as sunburst , wordcloud , sankey or custom visuals for reporting purpose or reports can be handled using basic charts such as table, pivot, bar , line etc
• Would there be a need to view reports or dashboards on mobile or tablet devices?
• Is there a requirement to view reports or charts Titles or Labels in other language apart from English?
• Is there a requirement to perform self-service analytics or create ad hoc reports using new BI Platform?
• Are there any specific AI/ML use cases or advanced analytics capabilities that you anticipate in near future ?
