Hi @Anonymous ,

1. You need to publish reports to your app workspace first.

Then select your app workspace-->report-->select your report-->subscribe

Now you can set times and receiver emails.

2. I am not good at Microsoft Flow, you could post your case here to let engineers who are good at Microsoft Flow help you.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could use calendar to get a date table and use it as a slicer. Then you could export specific data with the slicer.

Hello Expert,

how to schedule the export in email

Shree

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could publish your reports to service. Then use Microsoft Flow to realize your schedule. You could post your case at the community of Microsoft Flow.

Hi,

If i understand it..for scheduling reports to the email ..we need to use Microsoft flow ..right

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you only want to schedule reports to the email, you could use Subscribe in the service.

If you  want to export data and send it to the email with a schedule, you could use Microsoft Flow.
