BAR Chart - sum value and %

Hi Team,

I have column like Emp_Name , Valume, %. expected below chart and drillThrough option as well.

I'm using Tornado 2.1.0 but i can't get DrillThrough option.

Queries,
1) DrillThrough
2) Emp_Name wise individual colour (if possible)
