Azure maps fault?: Power BI Desktop WebView2 Out Of Memory
Hi
I am getting the Webview2 error only when I try and load a very basic Azure map. As there are no other options for maps now (as bing is 'going out of date' very soon, what other options are there? I don't particularly want to build maps in the filled shape maps as I wanted them to look more integrated than can be produced in shapemaps.
any ideas?

This error is not an Azure Maps fault but a memory limitation of the embedded WebView2 used by Power BI Desktop to render map visuals. It typically occurs when WebView2 exhausts available memory (large datasets, GPU/driver issues, or outdated runtime). Updating WebView2, reducing data volume, or switching to an alternative visual like Mapbox can resolve the issue.
