Azure Table Storage, DirectQuery or Import, that is the question?

I am a little bit confused about the DirectQuery and Import! When we are getting data from Azure table Storage in our Power BI Desktop, in none of the steps it asks about the DirectQuery or Import? ...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Actually it is not supported yet to connect to Azure Table Storage in power bi by direct query. There is an idea about that. So that's why no action is asked to chooes the connection type.

Thanks, v-frfei-msft . I thought because it is in the cloud, the DiretQuery is kind of the default version.
