Hi bcap01
To create a data connection in Power BI to Azure in the cloud, you will need the server link and login credentials for your Azure database.
Here are the steps you can follow to find the server link and create a data connection in Power BI:
Go to the Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com/) and sign in with your Azure account.
In the left-hand menu, click on "SQL databases" to view a list of your Azure SQL databases.
Select the database that you want to connect to in Power BI.
On the Overview page for the selected database, you will see a field called "Server name". This is the server link that you will need to use to create the data connection in Power BI.
In Power BI, go to the Get Data menu and select "Azure" from the list of data sources.
In the "Azure" dialog, select "Azure SQL Database" as the source.
Enter the server link and login credentials for your Azure database, and click "Connect" to create the data connection.

Anonymous many thanks for your reply! When I follow these steps i do not see a place for servername, however I do see Name, TenantID, Primary Domain, on the Overview page. Is it possible that I do not have permissions to see ServerName? Or could I be in the wrong place (Please see printscreen below)
