Azure Maps visual with filled counties & location dots (ability to cross filter by both)
Is it possible with Azure Maps to create a map with filled counties (formatted by sales volume) and dots for locations (mapped by lat/long & formatted by location type)? Currently I have these in...

You can enable the heatmap feature to make dots appear. Ensure that latitude and longitude are added to the map. However, when using a heatmap, different colors cannot be displayed based on categories. Adding a column to the legend field will remove the dots from the visualization.
Tooltips can be added either to the tooltip field or through a page tooltip.
Regarding the other requirements, it seems your business users have very high expectations. It’s important to explain that while some tools offer specific functionalities, they also come with limitations.
