Azure Maps : reference layer doesn't show all results from a measure

Hello everybody,

I'm working with the azure maps visual.

I have a reference layer which is a shapefile in a zip. Coordinate system of my data is WGS84.

For my shapefile, the attribute table is : OBJECTID ; Information_1 ;  [...] ; Information_6 ; IDENT ; Information_7 ; [...] ; Information_9

Information_X are columns that I'm not using in the Azure Maps.

My shapefile is mainly composed of polyline, without duplicate as polyline or in the attribute table with the IDENT information (one unique IDENT for each line).

In Power BI, I have a table as : IDENT ; Description ; Information_A ; [...] ; Information_Z

Information_X are columns that I'm not using in the Azure Maps.

I have also two measures where for each line of my table, each of them apply an information (ex : for line 1, we have status 1 for measure 1 and status A for measure 2).

I don't have any duplicate for the IDENT information (one unique IDENT for each line).

In my Azure Maps visual, I import the shapefile as a reference layer.

All line are displayed in the visual.

From my table, I put IDENT as location, measure 1 as legend and description as tooltips.

In my reference layer menu, I find all my status in legend for points, lines and polygones.

In the visual, only a part of my line displayed the corresponding color. Some of them stay with the "no data" color.

But when I check with my cursor, I have an information for each line.

When I'm working with a table visual, I have a status for each line (based on my data table).

On the same page, I have my Azure Maps and my Table visual.

If I select a line without color on my Azure Maps, it show an information on my table visual.

I don't know if it's an error on my side (at the data level, at the measure level, etc...) or if it's at the Azure maps level (bug, limits, misuse, etc...).

Thank you for your help.

  • Could be a limiter issue. Are you trying to display more than 5000 data points?

      Hello?

I have only 150 elements on my shapefile (only polyline).

      So I don't think that it's a limiter issue.

      Thanks
