Azure Maps Upgrade/Downgrade

Is it possible to downgrade Azure maps back to the previous version, pre-May 23 release? The responsiveness of the new version is considerably too slow for my users

We have serious issues with Azure maps both in desktop and service, it's not working at all and impact overall performance for the entire interface. Any update on this?

The performance of this map is not usable at this point; the previous version was infinitely quicker and smoother. When this is forced as non-optionable upgrade there are going to be widespread issues

So far, to my knowledge, it may be not realizable.
