Is there a way to trigger a Power BI Dataset refresh, in a different tenant, from an Azure Data Factory using an XMLA Endpoint? Is there any other options?

HI @magicianer,
For power bi dataset connectivity and management with the XMLA endpoint, you can refer to the following document:
Dataset connectivity and management with the XMLA endpoint in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
>>Is there any other options?
You can try to use power automate to control the power bi dataset refresh:
Refresh your Power BI dataset using Microsoft Flow | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power BI

@magicianer , I doubt you can do that as an external user . Other options are using power bi cmdlets.
Or you can control it from SQL server management studio
