Azure Data Explorer import query timeout
Hi,
I am trying to import data from Azure data explorer in PowerBI desktop and continue to encounter the following error:
"Details: "Request execution took longer than the assigned timeout value and has been aborted."
Is there a way to increase the assigned timeout value?
Thank you,
Pratek

HI prateekpunj,
Perhaps you can try to turn on the data connector advanced option and to find the timeout property if it helps.

In addition, I think the query timeout property should be configured at azure side.

Hi Xiaoxin,
I am trying to run a Azure Data Explorer query from powerbi desktop to get the data imported directly in my dashboard. Once I run the query, within 1-2 mins I get the following error:
I have the settings in Azure Data Explorer set to 30 mins. I don't think that is the concern.
Please let me know if there are other details that you would like me to share.
Thank you,
Prateek
