Azure Cost Management connector at subscription level

Hello,

I am currently the administrator of an Azure subscription located under an Enterprise Agreement: I have full access to the subscription but no access to the Enterprise Agreement portal.

I am also responsible for the costs incurred by this subscription, and as such, I want to create a report in Power BI.

I have access to the Cost Management service in the Azure Portal.

Apparently, you can use the Azure Cost Management connector to import the usage details into Power BI.

How to configure the connector to import the usage details at the subscription level?

What should I input in "Scope Identifier"?

I have tried inputing the Billing Account ID but it doesn't work as I have do not have access at the Enterprise Agreement level.

Alternatively, is it possible to get the usage details in the Enterprise Agreement at the Enrollment Account level or Department level?

I could try to ask access to this level within the Enterprise Agreement portal.
