Azure Cost Management Dashboard Template refresh failed
I downloaded the Power BI template "Azure Cost Management Dashboard Template" from GitHub. After connecting it to my subscription ID and sample data, I encountered various errors when refreshing the report. My main goal is to reference the template's visualizations and learn how to build a FinOps dashboard. Is there a ready-to-use .pbix file with sample data available for sharing or download? Thank you.

The refresh errors you are seeing often occur when there is no budget configured in your Azure subscription or when the account used does not have Cost Management Reader / Billing Reader permissions.
Please try the following steps: Create a small dummy budget under Azure Portal → Cost Management + Billing → Budgets, then refresh the dataset. Confirm that your user has permission to view cost data. If your goal is mainly to explore the visuals, you can use the FinOps Toolkit PBIX, which contains the same dashboards with sample data for learning purposes.
