I have been using the Azure Cost Management connector without any issues for months.
Then on December 3rd was the last day any new data came into the system.
I can refresh the connection, it loads data normally, no errors. It just doesn't retrieve anything NEWER than December 3rd 20201.
Has anyone else run into this?
Refreshing it from the PBI service or from my desktop makes no difference.

Any update for this? Did this issue still appear on your side? If that is the case, you can report to power bi team or azure team to confirm the backend processing to get further supports.

What version of power bi desktop are you working on? Does any update apply to your data source side so that affects the data connector? Please share more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario and test.
