Avoiding many to many relation

Hi. I need to avoid many to many relation in order to use report server. Please help. I have create a sample demo. The situation is classical but I cant figure out how to resolve it.

So I have 3 tables with connections as follows. I know that I need to make a kind of proxy table to convert many to many relation to many to one but dont know how.

Create a Table with one column of the distinct companies and create relations from the middle table to the new one. And from the new one to the right one.
