I have this simplified scenario/case where I have various meausres, some of which are blank.
The settings give this result:

Observe that MS4 is showing up. Since I am not sure which is bank, I want to pull in all the measures but with 2 requirements:
1. Avoid displaying the value when it is bank;
2. Avoid Category
Even if MS2 is blank, there should be no gap in the table.
Also, result should not display the category (MS1, MS2, etc and avoid blank results as below:
