Avoid delay between submitting and posting a question

Hi,

does anybody have a solution for this:

Once I submit a question it A) takes some hours to appear and B) I can not edit it.

Due to "Sorry, either you cannot reply to this topic or you have not verified your email address...". See pic:

 It is not possible to scroll down to see the complete message...

 ...nor can I change my emailaddress in settings, or resend a verification-mail.

I'd be very happy if an admin would send a verification-mail to my emailaddress - so that I can avoid above-mentioned delay...

As pointed rightly by @danextian .
this is part of the implementation to avoid spamming especially from new accounts therefore there will be a delay in posting your question if there is a new user.
