Avoid delay between submitting and posting a question

Hi,   does anybody have a solution for this:   Once I submit a question it A) takes some hours to appear and B) I can not edit it.   Due to "Sorry, either you cannot reply to this topic or you ...

If I'm not mistaken, this is part of the implementation to avoid spamming especially from new accounts.

I'd be very happy if an admin would send a verification-mail to my emailaddress - so that I can avoid above-mentioned delay...
