Avg and total in metrix table

Hi all,
In a matrix visual, I wonder if it's possible to add a column to calculate the average. The Total is still needed.

           Jan   Feb    Mar  AVG   Total
Emp1 1000 1500 500    1000 3000
Emp 2 2100 3000 1800 2300 6900
Emp 3 2000 2000 2000 2000 6000

Any Idea
