Avg Tickets on Helpdesk System per year
Hi,
I'm building a report to show the average tickets per year logged on the IT helpdesk. The Helpdesk Dataset contains TicketID, Ticket Start Date. I joined this table with a custom Date Table with Fiscal Dates and the Fiscal month starting from July.
I created a new measure as below and when I create the visual, i get the avg ticket for FY 2022 as 340 as shown in the screenshot below. The result should be 311 i.e when i do the avg for the tickets FY 2022 in excel

How about just using the AVERAGE function on your data and letting the graphs do the grouping and filtering:
Here the DAX I used:
AvgMeasure = AVERAGE ( Table[Count of Ticket #] )

I even tried the below but still get 340 for FY 2022
