Averaging every 4 rows

Hello,
I have values for 15 min for 3 years. I need to make an hour average of 4 15 min rows.
I couldn't find topic related to this so I'm asking for help.

Sure!
I need to get average number of every 4 rows and create another column with those average numbers.

  A         B

1.12	1.205
1.11	1.795
1.09
1.5
1.78
2
2.1
1.3

B1 = AVERAGE(A1:A4)
B2 = AVERAGE(A5:A8) and so on...

But what if I have 30 columns each containing 35138 rows?
