Averaging data by certain skill levels

Hi

I have need to combine data from  % within service level column by "stroke", "urgent" and "Emergent", everyday to get one "average" daily. example I need the total average of  Emergent % within service level "40", Stroke % within service level "77" and Urgent % within service level "64" for each day.  Is there an easy way to create a column getting this average from a select split skill?

    What is the numerator and denominator of total average? Can you share your mathematical formula for each Split/skill?
