Averagex with filter not working

Team, I have a table with weekly hours for Projects.

I have created measures to calculate the Average of the top 5 weeks.

I want to apply a filter to this visual but it's not working. It shows the same result even after the filter. I tried filtering Project.

Any suggestions plz....
