I already make a measure of female managers in Power BI. but I want to see the percentage of female managers we have in the card. How can I do that?

Hi @tebtim19
smth like
Measure =
DIVIDE(
[YourFemaleMeasure],
CALCULATE(COUNT(Table[Managers]), ALL(Table))
)
Try Following
Average = AVERAGEX(VALUES(Table[Manager]),[FemaleCountMeasure])
