    Hi MiKeZZa

     

    Create a new MEASURE as follows which will refer your original MEASURE

     

    Measure 2 =
IF (
    HASONEFILTER ( emp[Name] ),
    [Measure],
    AVERAGEX ( ALLSELECTED ( emp[Name] ), [Measure] )
)
