Average of Average measure

Hello all i have 3 measures DF%,CS%,PPAP% and for each team members snapshotted on every month end.

Please see the attached image. So for the above 3 measures i am taking average of all the three by the measure 

Average =

Var a = IF([DF%]="NA",0,1)

Var b = IF([CS%]="NA",0,1)

Var c = IF([PPAP%]="NA",0,1)

Var d = [CS1%]+[DF1%]+[PPAP1%]

Var e = a+b+c

Return

d/e

The above Average measures works fine. But now i need to display Average of average for each team members.
Eg Team member 1 28th Oct 2021--100% and 25th Nov 2021--100% and 30th Dec 2021--88.89% Then the Average of average should be 96.29%

And i have used below measure but the result is wrong

AVERAGEX(

VALUES('projects'[snap_date]),[Average])

or

AVERAGEX(addcolumns( Summarize('Project', 'projects'[snap_date], 'projects'[team member name]), "_1",[Average]), [_1])
