Average min Time for unique categories

Hi,

I have a following data set:

Job Posting DateManager Review DateCandidateReq ID
2.03.20227.03.2022Jan KowalskiA202011
7.03.202220.03.2022Mark SimithA202011
13.04.20221.04.2022Anna PainA202011
15.04.202218.04.2022Rob KowalskyA181030
22.05.202226.05.2022Mateusz LubczykA340923
2.06.20225.06.2022Jin XioA340923

Now, I need to calculate Average Time to Shortlist (Time to Shortlist = time from Job Posting to submission of the first candidate per Req ID to the Manager Review).

I was able to calculate average time from job posting to manager review for all cadidates but I don't know how to do it only for the first candidate per unique job ID.

I would appreaciate your advise 🙂

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!
