Average line not found for horizontal bar chart

I cannot find the Average line for this horizontal bar chart, or any other lines for that matter except for Constant line. I've used the average line before in similar horizontal bar visuals (Y-axis = department name, X-axis = growth rate). Wonder why it isn't showing here.

@phuonganhtdinh , Horizontal clustered bar has all the options. Horizontal Stacked bar has only one Constant line
