Hey bhmiller89 ,
create a measure for the average card reads:
Average Card Reads = CALCULATE( AVERAGE( myTable[Card Reads] ), ALLEXCEPT( myTable, myTable[City] ) )And then do your calculation with the sum. As far as I understood you just want to divide it:

CALCULATE(
AVERAGE( myTable[Card Reads] ),
ALLEXCEPT(
myTable,
myTable[City]
)
)
And then do your calculation with the sum. As far as I understood you just want to divide it:
Card Reads to Average =
DIVIDE(
SUM( myTable[Card Reads] ),
[Average Card Reads]
)
