Average for data
I have columns: Date | Card Reads | City
I need to calculate the average card reads by city and compare it to a specific address. So basically when I slect an address within that city, I want the SUM(Card Reads) to populate against that city's average.
Hey bhmiller89 ,
create a measure for the average card reads:
Average Card Reads = CALCULATE( AVERAGE( myTable[Card Reads] ), ALLEXCEPT( myTable, myTable[City] ) )And then do your calculation with the sum. As far as I understood you just want to divide it:
Card Reads to Average = DIVIDE( SUM( myTable[Card Reads] ), [Average Card Reads] )If you need any help please let me know.If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍Best regardsDenisBlog: WhatTheFact.biFollow me: twitter.com/DenSelimovic
