I am going to start this off by saying that I definitely think I am overthinking this and its probably very simple.  So from the attached file, what I need to do is: Get the average months to compl...

    How's this as one possible solution (as i'm sure there's many wants to get the same answers.)  I have 2 seperate 'Multi-Row Cards' with Months to Complete set to 'Average'.  I've manually added the Title's, made them a good size, and removed the default Category Labels...?  The 2nd Multi-Row card's Visual Filters are reversed...

P.S.  Got a little boarded...  Did you happen to notice your sample data has very little overlap between Civilian and Military Degress?

    Maybe I should have created a larger sample data.  The actual data set has 3300 plus graduates in it and there is a lot of overlap.
