    This should work (tested locally):

     

    Measure = AVERAGEX(SUMMARIZE(Table1, Table1[Employee], Table1[Age]), Table1[Age])

    Hi bullius,

    You can also create the measure using the formula.

    Measure  = AVERAGEX(VALUES(Table[Employee]), CALCULATE(AVERAGE(Table[Age])))
