Average based on Tot Comp each month

Hi all,
I need some assistance.
I wanted to calculate the average for each month. The calculation that I want is,
Avg = Sum of Sales in each month / Tot No. of Companies in each month

Is there a DAX measure that I can use to calculate it? Appreciate if someone can help. Tq in advance!
