Average and sum in same table for month and Quarter.

I would like to create a dax  where the Matrix visual should show as below. 
Month sould be Sum of all IDs and Quarter will be Average of 3 month total when aggregating.

	Quarter1
ID	Month1	Month2	Month3	Quarter1 Total
A	4	2	5	4
B	2	7	10	6
C	6	5	8	6
Total	12	14	23	16

	Quarter1
ID	Month1	Month2	Month3	Quarter1
A	4	2	5	4
B	2	7	10	6
C	6	5	8	6
Total	=sum(4+2+6)	=sum(2+7+5)	=sum(5+10+8)	=Average(12+14+23)
