Average, Upper and Lower Control Limits on Measure Based Graph

Question

Hi all, I've trawled the web for how to do this, and despite my formula requirements being even simpler, I cant work out how to do this.

I have a line chart that is simply a measure on the y-axis and my weeks on the x.

The measure is a simple sum of the gross value every row has.

Disclaimer: I add a new workbook every week, so I have formula on my date table to calculate the week number.

I am trying to start by calculating the average, let alone the upper and lower control limits.

Any ideas?

I then have to do the same where the line plots the COUNT of the gross value column.
