Average Transactions per Agent against a Target

Hi there, really new to Power BI so apologies if this is an obvious solution!

I'm needing to show the average amount of transactions made per Agent per month, and show that against a target of 250 a month per person,

I have the count of every transaction per agent with the dates of the transactions, I just don't know where to start in terms of breaking the numbers down into quarter/months and display with the target.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

  • Anonymous , Try a measure like

    Avg =

    Averagex(Summarize(Table, Table[Agent], Table[Month Year], "_1", Count(Table[Transaction])),[_1])

    GT 250 =

    Averagex(filter( Summarize(Table, Table[Agent], Table[Month Year], "_1", Count(Table[Transaction])),[_1] > 250 ,[_1])

Thanks! I got it working! Any idea on how I would then get the average of that average? So the the overall average transaction per person as opposed to the average number of transactions for each individual.

      Thanks again 🙂
