Average Daily Patient Visits Calculation
I would like to calculate average patient visits by Provider shown By month or by week. The data points that I want to use are :
1. Provider
2. Service Date - Month
3. Patient Name
So I would imagine it would have to take the number of patients seen in a month thend divded by distinct service dates. I think that is how I did it in the past. Can someone please guide me through this?

Hi wherdzik ,
According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) This is my test data.
(2) We can create a calculated column.
Week = WEEKNUM('Table'[Service Date])(3) We can create a measure.
Measure = DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Patient Name])(4) Then the result is as follows.
If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.
